Terms and
conditions apply to all items purchased from Rebecca Dawson Jewellery via the website, social media, email, phone and face-to-face sales at craft fairs or
markets.
Please read these
carefully, making any payment for an order or commission signifies that you agree to Rebecca Dawson Jewellery’s terms and conditions.
Prices are
correct at the time of publishing but they are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Quotations for bespoke items will be honoured for 30 days after which they will be reviewed and
potentially amended due to fluctuations in material costs.
Ordering and
Delivery
Orders must be
paid for in full before despatch.
Stock items will
be dispatched in 3 to 5 working days of payment.
Commissioned
bespoke items generally take 4-6 weeks, however dispatch times will be discussed while the order is being placed and may be different depending on the work
involved.
Items will be
delivered by tracked and insured methods only.
If you need an
item quicker than this we will try and accommodate but early dispatch cannot be guaranteed.
If you do not
receive your piece of Rebecca Dawson Jewellery at the expected time or it is damaged on arrival please contact us immediately by email; info@rebeccadawson.co.uk.
Refunds and
returns
Stock items can
be returned within 14 days for a refund, exchange or credit note (less the postage cost). Providing that the item is in its original packaging, unworn and undamaged in any
way.
Items must be
returned by a tracked and insured service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. Rebecca Dawson Jewellery is not responsible for loss or damage to the item on its return to
us.
Please contact us
before returning the item.
In all cases,
commissioned bespoke items made to a customer’s specific requirements or with the customer’s own materials cannot be returned.
While every
effort is made to create bespoke items to the agreed design Rebecca Dawson Jewellery is not responsible, financially or otherwise, if the customer changes their mind, does not like the completed
design or wishes to change the design after the commission is complete. Changes to size or length may be considered at the discretion of Rebecca Dawson
Jewellery.
For hygiene
reasons earrings cannot be returned.
In the very
unlikely event that an item is damaged or faulty you will receive a replacement after the faulty item is returned.
Rebecca Dawson
Jewellery will try to ensure that all product descriptions, designs and photos are correct and these are given to provide the customer with a close idea of the goods being
supplied.
Due to all items
being handmade small variations or imperfections may occur. Please be aware that Rebecca Dawson Jewellery cannot be held responsible for: variations in the gemstone colour due to them being a unique
natural product; or, for the colour of stones or metals shown which may not be an exact match, due to variations in computer monitors and browsers.
Events beyond our
control
Rebecca Dawson
takes no liability for the delay or failure of arrival caused by events beyond our control including, but not limited to: strikes; postal loss; break down of systems; flood; fire, or
accident.
Customer care
confidentiality
All personal
information either on computer or paper is kept confidential and is not passed to any third parties. No card details are kept.
Any stones or
metals belonging to the customer are kept secure and insured to their bullion and stone value. No liability is taken by Rebecca Dawson Jewellery for the sentimental value of an
item.

All photos,
designs specifications and text, either on the website, social media or in hard form, are the intellectual property of Rebecca Dawson Jewellery and cannot be copied without express written permission
from Rebecca Dawson Jewellery.
